ServoMix Refund Policy
01

Refund Eligibility Overview

ServoMix does not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs a service or decides to stop using a purchased service.

Refund eligibility is based on verified service-related issues and the conditions described in this policy.

ServoMix offers two refund types: Time-Period Refund and Full Refund. Each has separate eligibility conditions.

02

Downtime Requirement

A Full Refund can only be considered when a qualifying ServoMix service experiences continuous downtime for more than 6 hours and the outage is caused by ServoMix.

REQUIRED DOWNTIME More than 6 continuous hours

The outage must be verified and must not fall under an excluded maintenance event.

Maintenance is excluded.

Scheduled or announced maintenance does not count toward the 6-hour downtime requirement and does not qualify for a refund.

03

Refund Types Overview

ServoMix provides two forms of refund depending on the nature of the issue, verification by staff and the circumstances of the affected service.

TYPE 01

Time-Period Refund

A partial refund based on the remaining unused service period, approved only after ServoMix staff verifies a serious service issue.

TYPE 02

Full Refund

A refund of the full eligible payment when the qualifying issue is caused by ServoMix and the applicable downtime requirement is met.

04

Time-Period Refund

A Time-Period Refund may be approved when ServoMix staff verifies that a customer is experiencing a serious service-related issue and determines that a partial refund is appropriate.

This refund is calculated according to how long the customer has already used the service.

Example
Purchased Period 30 Days
Already Used 10 Days
Eligible Period 20 Days
  • Time-Period Refunds are not automatic.
  • ServoMix staff must verify the reported serious issue.
  • The amount is based on the eligible unused period of the service.
  • Staff may request logs, screenshots or other information needed to investigate the issue.
05

Full Refund

A Full Refund may be approved when the qualifying service failure is caused by ServoMix and the applicable service has experienced continuous downtime for more than 6 hours.

ServoMix Fault

The qualifying issue must be caused by ServoMix or the infrastructure directly managed for the affected service.

More Than 6 Hours

The affected service must remain continuously unavailable for more than six hours.

Not Maintenance

Scheduled or announced maintenance is excluded.

When all Full Refund requirements are satisfied and the request is approved, the eligible service payment may be refunded in full.

06

Non-Refundable Cases

A refund will generally not be provided where the refund conditions described in this policy have not been met.

Change of mind
Customer purchase mistakes
Customer configuration issues
Plugin, mod or software problems
Non-payment suspension
ToS or abuse violations
Scheduled maintenance
Customer no longer needs service
07

Maintenance Policy

ServoMix may perform scheduled or announced maintenance to improve service security, performance, reliability or infrastructure.

Downtime caused by scheduled or announced maintenance is excluded from refund eligibility and does not contribute to the more-than-6-hour downtime requirement.

Maintenance ≠ Qualifying Downtime Planned or announced maintenance is excluded from refund calculations.
08

Important Conditions

  • Refund eligibility is reviewed on the facts of the affected service and issue.
  • Customers must provide reasonable information required to investigate the issue.
  • A temporary issue that does not meet the applicable policy conditions does not automatically create refund eligibility.
  • Time-Period Refund calculations are based on the eligible unused service period.
  • Full Refunds require a qualifying ServoMix-caused issue and the applicable downtime requirement.
  • Scheduled or announced maintenance is excluded.
11

Abuse, ToS & Suspensions

Services suspended, restricted or terminated because of abuse, fraud, malicious activity, non-payment or a violation of the ServoMix Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund solely because access to the service was removed or restricted.
